They try to suck everything they can out of you

First of all, my understanding is that this is Aspen Dental's sister demon. I disputed my bill at first bbut the deadline for making the first payment was approaching so I wanted to go ahead and make a payment to avoid interest. But I couldn't log in because I didn't have my account number. I called them and they wanted to charge me for customer service. I finally figured out a way around that, after 3 attempts, and they said that would mail it to me (the acct#). I told them that wasn't soon enough. I was told I could be transfered to another department, bbut it would incur a fee, and I could make a payment over the phone, but it would also incur a fee. That has GOT to be against some sort of consumer credit regulations! In the end, I had to go BACK to Aspen Dental and get my acct# because they wouldn't give it to me over the phone either, or email it, or fax it. Aspen and their partner DentalFirst do nothing but manipulate you and make everything difficult for you.
