They took money when they shouldn’t have.

i called about 3 days ago and set up a biweekly payment plan of 50$ starting on july 16th and told them to turn off the previous auto pay that was set up and they did not. they took 100$ out of my bank account on july first and when i talked to jackie from collections she told me she could not do anything and all she did was give me attitude when i told her i want to speak to the manager. she would not transfer me to the manager bc i guess their customers are not important to them. User's recommendation: never use advanced america.
