They take your money and won’t let you in the account

I signed up for emails thinking I would have a 2-week free trial to see what it was like and they would wait on taking my money. They took my money right off the bat 3499 and then wouldn't let me in the app saying that my membership had expired. Don't get this it's a scam don't do it
