They suck! Lousy customer service via phone – stayed on the phone for an hour listening to elevator music

For the reputation that Craftsman products has- theres no follow-up service for helping customers who buy their products is - ZERO!!! The recording makes one jump through 20 questions: where did you purchase your product? what brand is it? what item is it? - then the pawns at the call center take a verbal beating from frustrated customers bc they have no option but to forward the frustrated customers to a elevator music recording that no one replies to. Whos being for doing this kind of job? Where are the trouble shooting experts ??? can help User's recommendation: Sorry my recommendation can’t be printed - it would get censored:(.
