The assistant manager, Alex, told me there is a caveat with the cancelled order. RTG is keeping $80.00 of my cancelled order. When I asked Why? Alex said read your contractits stated in there. Of course the Sales person Linda Bell said nothing about any of that (or the delivery fee/set up fee) She was busy fast talking and making her sale! This company sucks and I wont use them again!! User's recommendation: Stay away from RTG.
