If I could give 0 I would trust me. Since the owner has yet to respond to my Instagram or email complaint, I'll leave a review. I gave this place two chances. The first time Mya, she "forgot" about my appt..when 5 days prior she messaged me on IG and said she couldn't wait to do my nails ANNNND the salon confirmed my appt..yeah ok ..you're just irresponsible..I had another girl Carli who filled in for Mya and did amazing a month ago ..fast forward to this week.....I made ANOTHER appt via Instagram with Carli. Twos weeks prior....long story short the day of my appt ..no call from Carli mind you...I messaged her for the address ...her "oh I'm sick" ...this girl was not sick. It was her birthday week ( I was friends with her on Instagram and seen her stories ...she looked pretty healthy to me) and I seen nails she did later this week even after claiming to be sick. So I schedule for yesterday (Saturday) ...and I live 45 minutes away!!! This girl was doing someone elses nails during my appt. !!!! And then she lied and said it was only a manicure...then proceeded to fill up the tub for the girls pedicure. Like WTF!!! So I left and actually found a new amazing tech that's reliable !! DO NOT GO HERE...WELL UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE. BECAUSE THAT WHAT THE NAIL TECHS DO AND THE OWNER APPARENTLY IS ABOVE TAKING CARE OF COMPLAINTS.
