I called and spoke with several representatives to get the payoff and the address to send the payoff. I was given the quote, they acknowledged my intention to have the payment overnighted. They still sent a repo agent to my home the same day to repossess my car. I was released from a bankruptcy one month ago, I made a payment and half for that same month and told them my intention to pay the car off. Even while here the agent waited for them to talk to him. Vanessa, the rudest rep told me that all she needed was a tracking number for my payment that was sent fed ex, then she decided she didn't want to wait for me to get that information for her and hung up. The agent took the car. I sent a complaint to the Attorney General's office and I intend to have my attorney follow up tomorrow morning to see how much all this hassle and the repo of my car is worth to me. Especially when they will see my check sent to them tomorrow.
