They refused to help me, but the order was broken

I ordered table and some décor stuff from the company www.humbleabode.com. I waited three months and when I finally received the order, it was severely damaged. I called tot his company and asked to help. But the seller told me that they could change it only within 4 weeks after a purchase. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problems. Maybe you can help me.
