They put in the wrong prescription and I still have to wait another 2 weeks.

Went to pick up my new glasses and couldnt see out of the left lens. The optometrist compared the lens in my old glasses. Apparently, they put in the wrong prescription (it was a +1.25 should have been a -1.25). Went home and faxed them the prescription and was told it would take another 2 weeks! You would think they would expedite the order since the error was theirs. When I emailed corporate, I received the message,we have a 30 day return policy. That has nothing to do with my situation. I dont have the glasses. Ive been a customer at Lenscrafters for many, many years. Ill now be following my son to another eyewear company. User's recommendation: Check the salespersons work.
