I ordered an item on 4-18-12, they stated it was shipped on 2 days later, when I asked for a tracking number they told me it was out of stock. 2 days later the website listed the item would ship in 2-3 weeks. I wrote asking if they had any more details. They didn't tell me anything. I wrote the manufacturer of the item, they told me it was on a boat from india and would arrive June 24th and that gunsandswords.com was not someone they sold to. I repeatedly asked them what they were going to do in order to make this right. They never offered any choice other than canceling the order. I canceled the order on 5-22-12. The same day I ordered the item from another supplier, only 68 cents more, it will arrive 5-25-12.
