They NEVER had all materials needed at start and almost never answered the phone or returned messages in a timely manner.

They install sun rooms/patio enclosures under the Patio Enclosures name. Once construction started delays were caused by not having all materials for the installation crew INCLUDING the Amana A/C unit. In fact, after completing my patio enclosure, I was told the A/C unit would not be available for three weeks. They rarely answered my phone calls and did not return messages left in a timely manner. They sent a crew that, I believe, had never installed the in wall A/C and did it incorrectly. The result was it would not cool. This was in late May. I finally got them to send an Amana authorized repair man July 2nd who corrected the problem. I finally called Patio Enclosures, Inc. in Ohio who got them to get the A/C fixed after more than a month of trying. I will say that I am very satisfied with the fit, finish, and workmanship of the materials used in the patio enclosure. I will say that the User's recommendation: Do not expect the person answering your call to act timely or act like they care about your problem.
