They NEVER had all materials needed at start and almost never answered the phone or returned messages in a timely manner.

They install sun rooms/patio enclosures under the Patio Enclosures name. Once construction started delays were caused by not having all materials for the installation crew INCLUDING the Amana A/C unit.
