Regions Mortgage finally "found" our payment after a month in which it had been received and taken out of our Regions checking account. Where did those funds go for a month? They are not being very forthcoming other than to say the funds were "received" a month late. That is not even close to the truth. Our checking account statement shows the payment was received by R Mortgage a week early. User's recommendation: Check your statements! Keep an eye on your funds!
