They told me if I called Discount Tire and informed them there was a mistake that another account was opened in my name by mistake, they would remove it from my credit report. After talking to Discount Tire, they said the spoke to Synchrony Bank, who in return stated they could not do anything about it. After the supervisor had me on hold for almost an hour, I hung up. Totally pissed. User's recommendation: Boycott this bank!
