I used them for a first time propane tank refill. Mark was the inside person who answered my call and quoted me a price of $1.619 per gallon. Mark said he would send me an email confirmation that never arrived. Two weeks later the truck finally showed up and filled my tank. The driver handed me an invoice showing the number of gallons pumped but the price area was blank. When I checked my credit card the amount calculated to $1.89 per gallon. I called Mark who said the Billing Department would email me a breakdown of cost. One week later and no response from Thrifty. I do not recommend buying from this company.
