My first email said the refund would be returned to whatever card you used in 2-4 wks. Then received email about credit. I don't need credit for another event. Covid 19 has everything shut down. Who knows when any venues will open back up. People need their refunds. This was my bday gift and I'm out money when I need it the most. I will never use this site again. Nothing but crooks and thieves. God don't like ugly and Karma is a *** Only gave 1 star to leave review. Ticketmaster refunded their customers why don't you all? Like I said Karma is real and so will law suits you will have to deal with in future. User's recommendation: Don't use them.
