I ordered service on May 4th and received confirmation emails with the account number and set up date. I also set up my login and received and account number. After I received an email on 5/10/2021 stating to cancel my previous order for service with Gas South I proceeded to call and email the information. I was told I did not have an account, and they needed to do a hard pull on my credit.
