They lied!

I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years. Yesterday morning I ran out of propane which fuels my tankless water heater and gas heater. Usually I just had to call the local office and they'd come right out. Nope! They've routed ALL locations through call centers now. It took forever to get through. Told me there's a $200 expidite fee. Not applicable before with the local office. Also told me a delivery would be made this morning. It's still not here and I had to call out of work waiting for the delivery which hasn't shown up yet. Needless to say I've been calling other suppliers and will be taking my business elsewhere in the very near future. User's recommendation: Don't do business with Amerigas.
