They keep billing me two months after I deactivated my account.

I got absolutely no business or even response from either the "neighborhood" or from Nextdoor when I tried to contact them by phone and email. They have billed me twice after I cancelled, and their site tries me to reactivate my account every time I reach out. User's recommendation: If you can't talk to a live person, ever, I wouldn't recommend doing business with the company.
