They have stolen my phone —

This company has my phone since NOVEMBER 15, 2017 (today is March 29, 2018) and I have not received a dime from them despite the promised $115 I should have received 'within days.' I have written to them via email multiple times, given them grace due to their "backup" and California wildfires, and they still have my phone without sending me compensation. I consider it to be stolen property at this point in time. This is based soley on my own experience and not on any other experience. I would not recommend doing business with this company, as you may experience the same results that I did. I am going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and potentially the Atty General to see if they can assist.
