They dont have qualified workers , no license for plumbing , they do plumbing work not to code , poor caulking , dont level shower pans , project manager argues they follow correct procedures , the installers do not , have pictures to show poor workmanship , now trying to have basement shower redone due to installing a cheap shower pan not like their video advertisement , The city inspector is calling the franchise owner today , maybe we will get this fixed
