They do not operate reasonably

Had to check out one day early, family emergency, let the hotel know they said have a representative contact us if there is a problem with a credit that day. Contacted Snaptravel , who I have used every week for the last 68 weeks, and they would not even consider giving me credit for the night I did not stay And had checked out before the deadline. I will never use snaptravel again just on principle.Should have given me a credit! You have lost a lot of business User's recommendation: Don't expect any consideration from these people.
