They didn’t honor email offer of 10,000 credits free

Update by user Jul 26, 2021 I was not getting anywhere with Jo after several emails. She put 1000 credits in my account and ignores my emails now. Additionally after the 1000 credits was put in my account I received another email at same email address telling me to hurry and collect my 10,000 credits. Again nothing about for returning players . Says can only collect from 1 email which is what I am trying to do Original review posted by user Jul 26, 2021 I checked my email the other day to find a email offering me 10,000 free credits. So I clicked link and said I was not eligible. So I contact customer service and ask them why. I was emailed back to kindly check other account because this offer for people who have been inactive. It says nothing on email about that. I explained I can not get into my inactive account (hence it being inactive) plus my inactive account is not attached to the email it was sent to. User's recommendation: Don’t even get started playing.
