They delivered food to wrong station

I have used the website www.railrider.in only once and it wasn’t great experience. I have also ordered food and drinks, when I travelled and the rep confirmed the purchase. I told them the station, where I would be. When I went out from the train, I searched for the delivery man, but he wasn’t there. I called again to this company and they surprised me that I mixed the stations, but it wasn’t my fault. I told correct station. So, be careful!!!
