I was prompted to try a "trial offer" of their product for free as long as I filled out a consumer survey and payed for the shipping. I did and two weeks later they charged me $90 for the samples they sent me. They never said or at least wasn't forthright that I'd be charged almost a hundred dollars for some lotion. I've called them and my bank, but I'll probably never see that money again. Also, their product doesn't do what they claim it does. I'm really embarrassed I fell for this. But I didn't know I was being sent a full order of their product or I wouldn't have. User's recommendation: Don't do business with Nuluxe!
