Impossible to make one call to get anything resolved. Have to provide them information multiple times per call. Get transferred several times and then put on hold. I pity anyone who has no choice but to go through them. I have wasted hours upon hours of my life trying to get simple things resolved. User's recommendation: avoid if at all possible.
