They are stealing my money!!!!

I pay this company for my son to connect with his mom and their service doesn't work 90% of the time. They seem to always be experiencing technical difficulties. Their customer service sucks! No one ever answers the phone at their 24/7 phone number or any of their other numbers they list. User's recommendation: Be prepared to get screwed by Securis Technologies.
