i purchased the deal for me and my niece. when my niece attempted to schedule they said she was not old enough.., she had to wait for her 30th birthday. ..she was old enough when we brought the package and they charged her credit car $300.00. tried calling them to schedule again they said their things was down due to the hurricane and someone would get back to me. no one ever got back to me. I just got off the phone with someone name Jenny who said she cant find my account. I asked what does that mean?? she said either i have the wrong account number or it has expired. i request to speak to a supervisor...she said "they aren't gonna do nothing for you" then "there's no one available" she was rude and nasty. I demanded a supervisor and she said someone will call you today or tomorrow. i'm sure they will call since they never called before.
