No Luck / most every thing is automated. 4: had a complication / PriceLine...spent 2 hours with Discover...Cold, regurgitated basic rules like a tape recorder... Dealt with Kevin at one point she was like a supervisor but all he did was nothing. 5: used to work for Sears in Braintree at the mall and we were a thousand percent customer service... I went out of my way to buy stuff at that operation because they were pure customer service!
