I’ve been cooperating with this bank for a very long time and have always been pleased with their conditions and communication with employees. But after the New Year, I noticed that for some transactions they began to charge interest. When I contacted the bank, I was told that the terms of my agreement had changed. I understand that such situations are possible, but no one even warned me that now additional interest is being charged from me. I would like to receive a message that from some date there will be changes in contracts and it is necessary to contact the bank and sign a new agreement.
