Was made to pay a total of 3 times for classes that I attended once. Missed a class due to traffic out of my control and was forced to pay an extra 400 dhs to rebook it. Waiting times to pay for a class I haven't attended were over 3 hours long with two counters serving close to 100 people and people cutting into the queues freely. Call centre unhelpful and repetitive and no option to change my classes online despite queues and travel over an hour and a half just to get to Mussafah.
