Their service is totally unacceptable and consumers should not order from them

I will never use Dino Direct again and i dont recommend them either to anyone. I had success in ordering my wedding dress. Then i ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses well in advance of my wedding – in fact i ordered them exactly 2 months before my wedding. Subsequent to my order i went on live chat with them 3 times and i was assured all was in order. For the one dress i ordered standard size and the other i provided measurements to have it custom made. All the while i was assured all was in order – the third time I was assured by an attendant named Otta who during that chat was very rude. Otta was not responsive to my messages and i was even left on wait for half an hour in between. Instead of being apologetic Otta became sarcastic and seemed to humour him/herself at my frustrations. Four weeks before my wedding, and exactly five weeks after placing my order, i got in touch with them to enquire why the order hadnt arrived. I had Otta on the line again. Yet again Otta was quite rude and then tells me that the custom made order was not done because i didnt provide them with the measurements. This was totally untrue and then when i copied and posted a transcript of my previous on line chats then Otta turned it around saying they called me numerous times and then even said i gave them the wrong telephone number. In between, the chat changed to oh they did call me but i didnt answer. I asked Otta why then was i not told in my last chat with same in March when i enquired about delivery and Otta brushed me off saying they would refund my money (as they could not make the dress on time) and they did not even offer an apology or try to remedy their mistake. Their service is totally unacceptable and consumers should not order from them. At the end of the day they depend on us consumers and yet their customer service is very very bad and their on line attendants are rude.
