Every time I go to Quest they refuse to use the information I give them for insurance claims since they're out of network. I don't want to use other places, I like Quest convenience. Every bill ends up being sent to collection, ruining my credit, and we continue to bicker about what they should have done from the beginning. My insurance covers the claims but Quest has to handle it like I informed them. User's recommendation: I'm not sure yet. Quest is making me want to go elsewhere when I need labs.
