Theft of my card

My $500.00gift card was stolen and there were 4 transactions made between March 8th and 11th. One was at your store for $32.00. I need to know who made this transaction. My card number is ending in 9908. American Express. I have recovered $350.00 of it but Converse online and Sax's refused to give me information. Yes please help me if possible.
