If you have a problem with your Samsung appliance you are in for a bad experience. The service associates are clueless. They tell you what you want to here so you can say they did a good job on the service review. They then send service to a 3rd party that could care less about the customer. That is if you can ever get them to answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns at all cost. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY and just look at the rest of the reviews.
