Mr Cooper misapplied my bank payments at their discretion then declared me in default. It took 3 months to correct this . The problems continued so tried just to pay off the mortgage and they send me to payoff letters in less than 10 day, with a difference of over 10,000. When i called again to ask for manager, as previous times before - they just left my on the line. No one cares at this bank - its truly incredible
