The worst customer service I have ever experienced!

An Oncor tech. serviced my meter and damaged it in the process, leaving me without power. They denied all responsibility and charged me to disconnect/reconnect ON TOP of paying an electrician to repair the damage that THEY caused. I spoke to a dozen different CS reps, 2 different supervisors and someone from their carport office. They all said the charges were valid and denied all responsibility to the damage, EVEN THOUGH, my power did not start surging (and eventually going out completely) until IMMEDIATELY after their technician left. Oncor was absolutely at fault in this situation and completely unprofessional in the way they handled it. Their customer reviews speak for themselves! This company is as corrupt as they come! User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs!
