I recently joined and attempted to call their mail order dept. to check on things. I never could get a live voice after countless minutes on the line. I dropped them like a hot potato and joined another program for my part D. Thankfully I found out how bad they were after consulting this website. Since 100 words are required to write a review, I will attempt to pontificate further regarding my experience. It is incredible how they can manage to stay in business, but I know why. They offer unrealistically low prices to get people to join, and people (like myself) fail to do due diligence and actually check them out. Caveat Emptor!!!
