Our recliner was purchased and was defective. We have attempted for one year to have Stickley replace the defective part and they have not been successful nor do they care about our $2400 leather recliner. We spent a tremendous amount of money for the recliner and thought we were shopping at a quality family owned business. WRONG - If you are Family oriented, how about someone caring for our Family. Your customer service and store managers are the worst. They pass issues to someone else that does nothing. I would appreciate knowing who should I talk to??????? Does anyone know or care??????
