The worse provider for medicaid in Ohio

1

My situation has been going on since Nov. of 2018 about one of my meds that needed pre-authorization. I have had this medication for the last 4 years and always needed a pre-authorization and never a problem but this past Nov. something changed I didn't understand and I would get denied not understanding WHY! Here Molina changed the procedure and didn't let me know or my doctor know nothing about the change. There was not one communication Molina had given to nobody. I first thought the state of Ohio was denying the medication and called Ohio medicaid and they said "no" they wouldn't deny a med that they approved for the last years. It was all on Molina and they were purposely interfering with my regime of my bipolar drugs. I have made numerous grievances with Molina but no avail but one rep I was working with about the grievance did over ride and gave me 1 refill and then the Ohio grievance I made against Molina did change things and they approved the remaining 3 refills. Needless to say I changed my provider and not had any problems. If anyone in Ohio medicaid I warn you to pick one of the others because Molina is deceitful and corrupt. I went with Buckeye Health and they have much better benefits and approved all my pre-auth scripts with out fell. I do have a couple of bipolar meds which I understand do need pre-auth every year.
