The website is really inconvenient for the customers, I decided to buy some Kachava there and put the products into my basket. But then some floating window came out of nowhere and I couldn’t do anything because I was surfing the website via my smartphone, I did not have access to the computer that moment. So my bottle was added to the next order. Suddenly I found out that the bottle was added in my account though I didn’t even plan to buy it. I started calling to the company and asked them to cancel my order but they told me it was impossible. Thus they sent me a bottle that I haven’t even ordered. I wanted to give it back but they said that it was necessary for me to pay for sending it back. I tried twice to return my order but everything was in vain. The product was added into my personal profile and I could not do anything with it. I think that the website needs to be upgraded, and the customer policy must also be transformed. Otherwise, this website will lose all the clients because they send us things we have never ordered and the we can not give these products back.
I have never used such an inconvenient service for the customers, and that’s why I decided to stop using the services, For me, it is very important to make only necessary orders. But here, because of some technical problems, I receive the products that haven’t been ordered and I have to pay for them. This company is either dishonest to the customers or incompetent in the sphere of information technologies. The website is working poorly and there are always some problems with choosing the products. Moreover, the client support is bad, it doesn’t respond to the requests and does not stay in touch with the customers. I must say that I am really disappointed with the range of services provided by this company. I don’t recommend to those who value their time, their nerves and money.
