The statements are not clear! They keep changing total amount due! I received a bill in January due 2/15 I received a late notice letter yesterday for the amount due on 2/15! I have never been late, I always send more than the minimum due. Why aren't my payments ever reflected on my bill??? According to my records I am paid in full. What type of scam are you running!
