The staff do not know why a customer comes inside!

For the first and last time of my life I walked into this branch at Tamanyan. While I was entering all the staff stood there freezing and gazing at me like they have seen a ghost!None of them could speak a word of English...And when I requested a table one of them started telling me by sign language that they are fully booked. First of all if a restaurant is fully booked it is the duty of staff to either put a sign at the front door or inform the customers while they enter. Besides it is regular that staff at a so called international restaurant at least speak a little English. In addition when some one enters a restaurant, he wants to eat, and does not wish to ask the time so I wonder why the staff just gazed at me and did not say that they were booked ?
