I'm not someone who gives 1 star likely, but this company is special. My story is similar to others, where my simple RMA was delayed by a month to be picked up, which pushed it out of the normal RMA period. They scuffed the paperwork, meaning I was required to pay import tax on a product I was returning, naturally charging me for the privilege, and saying I'd need to pay for it to be returned. Then, when I offer to provide the information that proves my case, they say they can open up a dispute with the courier, without asking me to provide it. It really is all quite impressive. Strong recommendation to go elsewhere. I've attached a screenshot of one of the emails I sent when I was at the end of my tether. Just ask yourself if this is something you want. User's recommendation: Life's too short, don't put yourself through this.
