We booked deluxe rooms with balcony and what we got is nowhere close to what we got. The waters dripping, theres garbage right in front of window and the wall plaster is peeling off. We booked for 6k+ and what we got is a shady room.. Disgusted and annoyed for we are here for a trip and stuck..
