In the past 12 months I have purchased 2 of the model number listed above and both phones just quit working out of nowhere. The most recent one that I purchased in early June of this year and it just shut off and will not turn back on yesterday. The same thing happened with the first phone same model 6 months ago. So due to this issue I will no longer purchase any Motorola cell phones. And to make matters worse I had just purchased a $35.00 unlimited data, talk, and text 5 GB straight talk and loaded it on to my phone. I thought I should bring this issue to your attention and maybe your company can investigate the problem with this model and rectifiy it. Thank You Mary Britcher
