The perm didn’t last a week

I have had several perms in my life and everytime they have lasted 7 or so months. This perm didn't even last a week!! Cost me $150 to get it done and the lady screwed it up. She didn't even leave the rods in my hair for 10 minutes. I guarantee that's why it didn't last because she pulled them out way too soon!!! I will never again go there or recommend it to anyone!! They don't even want to do anything about it!!!
