The paper was not delivered on Monday nor was it delivered two weeks ago on Monday either

The paper has been delivered in the usual six-day pattern as of today, I am satisfied that my complaint has been acknowledged and that delivery has resumed normally. Know User's recommendation: Know the email address of the WSJ.
