The order was botched. Status showed as delivered as soon as order was placed. No confirmation email for order. Subsequently, I received an email about my printer purchase. I purchased a serger.

Since there is NO customer service contact information on the Brother website, I found the phone number on the pissedcustomer.com site. The 1st number didnt work, but the second number connected me to customer service eventually (30 minute wait). There I found out the correct order was shipped (hopefully). No explanation given as to why I didnt receive a confirmation email or why the wrong product appeared in another email. The whole order process was a scrambled mess and customer service was well hidden. Disappointed in Brothers web presence and processing stream. Exasperated with their customer service commitment or lack thereof. User's recommendation: Brother products are well made. The front end team needs to be replaced.
