When setting up my monitor I realised that the power cable that connects into the power pack has 3 pins on it instead of 2 therefor I cannot power up the monitor. This has been a major inconvenience as this was supposed to be for work and was told this issue would be resolved within 24hours which it hasnt and its has been 8 days this is not good enough and I think I deserve some sort of compensation. User's recommendation: I wouldnt.
